原材料:
【そうざいの具】野菜(にんじん、ごぼう、れんこん、にんにく)、砂糖、みりん、ごま油、しょうゆ(大豆、小麦を含む)、粉末しょうゆ、食塩、野菜エキス、唐辛子、増粘剤(加工でん粉)
【特製しょうゆ】しょうゆ(大豆、小麦を含む)、昆布エキス、アルコール

Example recipe:

Ingredients:

-1 pack of this cooking sauce
-1 pack of Eryngii mushroom (about 100g)
-1 or 2 Potato(es) (about 200g)





Preparation:

*Peel the potato skin and slice. Soak sliced potato into water for a while then drain.
*Slice eryngii mushrooms.






1: Heat 1 tbsp cooking oil in a frying pan, add potato and stir over a medium heat for about 1min30sec. Then add eryngii mushroom and stir another 1min30sec.







2: Open both sauce sachets(small and large), and add them into the frying pan. Stir over high heat for about 1min.
