Onigiri Rice Ball: Lawson: Hidaka Konbu
Product name: Onigiri (Temaki) - Hidaka Konbu
Ingredients:
Salted rice, Kelp tsykudani with sesame, Nori(dried laver seaweed), Salt, Seasoning(amino acid etc.), Acidulant, pH adjuster, Glycine, Thickening agents(polysaccharide thickener, processed starch), Magnesium Carbonate.
(Part of ingredients contains wheat, soybean)

*"Hidaka Konbu" is kelp which is produced around Hidaka area in Hokkaido.
*"Tsukudani" is usually some kind of food(konbu, in this case) boiled in soy sauce and sugar and sake(depends) or mirin(depends). From the food label, I cannot tell how it was made.
*I bought this from Lawson near my house. Actual manufacture of this particular onigiri situates in my local area. I don't know if all of them are using same recipe or not.
