Soy sauce: Kiseki no hishio

 It is 11th March today, so I would like to pick up this soy sauce. 

 This soy sauce brewer situates in Rikuzentakata city in Iwate, and 5 years ago today,  the brewer was totally destroyed and swept away due to earth quake and tidal wave.  It seemed like everything had gone and nothing had left apart from wall of the brewer, but Fisheries technique research institute in Kamaishi city(which 1F-2F also swept away) found their moromi(main fermenting mash) from a locker which was the only one not fall over inside of the building. 

 The brewer could restart brewing with the founded moromi, and they named their product "Kiseki no hishio" which means miracle soy sauce.
