Dried foods: Dried strips cut Japanese radish

Ingredients:
- 1 pack (25g) of Dried strip cut Japanese radish
- 1 Aburaage (Deep fried tofu)
- 3 pieces of dried shiitake mushroom
- 1 tbsp (15ml) of Sugar
- 1 tbsp (15ml) of Soysauce
- 1 tbsp (15ml) of Mirin
Preparation:
-Wash dried radish well and soak into cold water for 5 min, then drain and squeeze. Cut it into 1 bite sizes.
-Soak dried shiitake mushrooms in warm water for a while and take the mushrooms out and slice them. Keep the soup.
-Slice Aburaage.
1: Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add radish and aburaage and shiitake mushroom. stir and cook about 3 min, then add shiitake soup.
2: Then add sugar, mirin, and soy sauce. Stir well and bring to the boil and simmer.
Serve and eat!
